The current academic partners of CELDi include the University of Arkansas, Lehigh University, University of Oklahoma,
Oklahoma State University, Texas Tech University, Clemson University, the University of Missouri and Virginia Tech. Arizona State University is a formal member of the Center since summer 2008.
The activities of ASU as part of CELDi
focus on issues related to efficient International
Logistics practices as well as productivity and cost
improvements in production and supply chain operations.
In particular, CELDi@ASU focuses on the following
components of the supply chain: Design, Integration
and Coordination, Transportation, and In-Plant Logistics.
Technology transfer activities can be grouped in the
following four categories:
• Direct industry participation in the research
activities of the Center
• Implementation of research results in the
plants of the industrial partners
• Publication of scholarly articles and applied
• Education of undergraduate and graduate students
